Controversy Can Reveal Deeper, Higher Truth
Yesterday I viewed this video “Why I hate religion and love Jesus” and reacted with my head instead of responding with my heart by posting it on Facebook with a few words. When I went to sleep, as often happens when Spirit wants to teach me something, I woke up in the middle of the night and everything that needed to be clarified by the higher perspective of Love came to my awareness. Spirit showed me the higher view: add to the light of the world not the darkness, encourage, uplift, and love all, especially enemies or those we do not understand or we disagree with. Resist nothing, see the highest outcome in everything, and be the change you want to see in the world instead of complaining about the old way that is falling away. The focus is to be on the unseen, invisible new that is coming and is now here.
Words can divide because they are limited by language, culture and mind-sets. Words are often misunderstood or misinterpreted, especially online, since 95% of communication is nonverbal and unconscious. Words are also interpreted and given meaning by the level of consciousness or stage of spiritual development of the reader or hearer. We currently live in a three dimensional world of duality (3 D). We are polarized by our views, beliefs, tribes, religions, politics, level of consciousness or awareness and moods. I want to apologize for reacting in a polarizing way by adding to the darkness of the negative pole of religion instead of adding to the light of the world by seeing the highest version or wholeness inherent in every fragment. I apologize for not speaking the higher truth and loving the old into the new, helping to transform the duality into the nondual 5th dimension (5D). If we can all remember to focus on what we want to see changed, the highest outcome for the highest good of all, we help to bring it into manifestation. The more we can see the Unseen, or see the invisible wholeness in our divisive world, the faster it will manifest and we can all enter the new heaven on earth that is already here but still hidden in higher consciousness.
Collectively we are all moving from duality (i.e. good versus evil) of 3D, to the nonduality of 5D, but we get there through the crucible of 4D: the level of heart-focused consciousness. We are all vacillating between 3 and 4D, while tasting 5D as peak experiences, oneness or samadhi experiences, tastes of illumination, being filled with the Holy Spirit, runners high, bliss of sacred relationship communion, awe of breathtaking beauty, timeless moments of flow when we are engaging in our passion, joy of a newborn baby, or moments of union in contemplative meditation or sacred communion.
Back to the controversial video, everything can be used for good or evil, even religion. Everything in the 3D world has a negative and positive pole; every archetype has a positive side and negative side; magnets have a positive and negative pole, etc. Therefore, in our current 3D, we are pulled towards an opinion on an issue by what fits in with our beliefs, mindsets, or level of consciousness. To be in 3D we are polarized by politics, religion, beliefs about abortion, death penalty, and other hot issues. Social change often comes by moving too far to the polar opposite instead of seeing the higher view from nondual awareness, or the spiritual eye. For example, allopathic medicine is abandoned and demonized in favor of alternative medicine alone; wall street is demonized in favor of the occupy movement. Yes we need change and yes there is a higher way!
The first step is to root and ground in Love. When we root and ground in Christ, the Spirit of the Most High incarnated in the human physical body, we are like a seed or acorn that is planted in the darkness of earth. It needs to die to its physical seed-body to be raised up through the soil to become its true, inner nature manifested as an oak tree. Now is the time for human beings to once again take root in the darkness and shed the identification or attachment to our outer encasements–the polarization of pro/con, republican/democrat, USA/World, us/them, male/female, worthy/unworthy, haves/have-nots, 1%/99%, religion/spirituality, spiritual/non-spiritual, etc and root in the higher agape Love. This love is inclusive, loving, accepting of differences, compassionate, cooperative, collaborative, whole, peaceful, uplifting, grateful for uniqueness, and is win/win for the highest good of all, forgiveness and mercy for all, and clean slate for all.
The
key is to root and ground in love, like the seed that has been immersed
in darkness of the unknown or unconscious. It is time to break apart
the chains and bondage of the restricted collective consensus world
trance and artificial man-made seed body. The 3D seed-body must break
open and disintegrate or dissolve like a caterpillar chrysalis, to rise
as a 5D, 2013, spiritual body–the union of physical flesh and the Most
High Spirit as our ground of being, the union of heaven and earth, the
higher mind of Christ, the higher thoughts and ways of the Beloved, the
consciousness of God within our human mind, a transformed heart, and a
transfigured body.
“Love one another; for she who loves her neighbor has fulfilled the law” Romans 13:8
Who is your neighbor? Everyone and everything on earth, in the universe, and all the way to the Most High and the lowest depths.
“You know what hour it is, how it is full time now for you to wake” Romans 13:11. It is now the fullness of time; it is now the shift of the ages. “The plan for the fullness of time is to unite all things in Christ, things in heaven and things on earth” Ephesians 1:10. The plan for this moment in history is to unite all things. ALL things, not just some things! Everything on earth is to be filled and united in oneness with the Spirit of God, including every atom and every empty space! Many are still resisting the concept of Spirit, rejecting spiritual things, and are resisting all change.
“The gifts of the Spirit are folly to him who does not understand them because they are spiritually discerned” 1 Corinthians 2:14. When we see things from the old 3D perspective, spiritual things are separated from physical things, God is separated from the human body, and people choose to see what they believe. When our spiritual eye is opened, when the eyes of our heart are enlightened, when our mind is renewed by transforming, we begin to see and perceive from a higher perspective. We stop believing what we see with our physical eyes and begin to see with the eyes of faith: evidence of the unseen. We begin to know God instead of believe in God; we begin to know with our heart rather than have intellectual concepts about God. We begin to see with the eyes of Spirit.
“Earnestly desire the higher spiritual gifts” 1 Corinthians 12:31
I have replaced my old beliefs about religion for the Revelation 21 description of the new heaven on earth where God comes down from “heaven” and lives within human beings and there is no external temple. The new sanctuary is the heart in the temple of the human body incarnated with the Spirit of God. The holy of holies is the sacred or secret heart located in the innermost being of the human body. The light of the body is the Light of the Spirit shining and radiating from the spiritual heart, and this Light can be seen by those who have their spiritual eye opened. This is the new church of Christ: the seven billion human beings who turn away from the ego-based, head-based, man-made collective world consensus trance, and turn towards the Spirit-based, heart-based, Source-made, awake, aware, conscious kingdom of the new heaven on earth. It is now here in consciousness, not yet manifested into physical reality. The new heaven on earth can be seen with the risen mind to 5D consciousness, the ascended mind with the expanded spiritual sight of Christ consciousness, leading to unity consciousness. Yeshua said “You can do everything I did and even greater things” John 14:12. Yeshua prayed that we would be one with the Father as he was one with the Father. The new church is coming together in loving unity and oneness as spiritual beings into community, worshiping and serving together for the highest good of all. When all human beings are reunited and one with the Father, religion which is meant to reconnect human and God will be obsolete!
Just as the church is to be the human race united in oneness with the Spirit, the body is the community of about 70 trillion cells. “The body is one and has many members, all [70 trillion cells] the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. By one Spirit we all become one body–and all were made to drink of one Spirit” 1 Corinthians 12:12-13. The key is oneness. “Many parts, one body” 1 Cor 12:20. Many different religions, personalities, human bodies, and yet all are one mystical body of Christ Spirit. “If one suffers all suffer; if one is honored, all rejoice together” 1 Cor 12:26. We are meant to honor, respect and appreciate our differences, not use them to hate, condemn, judge or puff up our own ego. The higher way is love for all, especially those who are different, have hurt us, or we don’t understand.
“I will show you a still more excellent way–LOVE–agape, unconditional love” 1 Cor 12:31; 13:1-13
If the human body is the new church, it must be transformed and resurrected from 3D to 5D by going through the heart in 4D. “It is sown a physical body, raised a spiritual body” 1 Cor 15:44. Yeshua was the last Adam. Christ was the first human being to be fully God and fully human at the same time, the definition of theosis: deification, divinization, union, oneness, or awakening to our divine nature. “Just as we have borne the image of Adam, we shall also bear the image of Christ…we shall all be changed in the twinkling of an eye” 1 Cor 15:35-57. The mystery, the secret that has been hidden for so long, is now ready to be revealed in the fullness of time, the shift of the ages, the end time/beginning time. “When a human turns to the Lord the veil is removed” 2 Cor 3:16. The veil of 3D duality is now being removed and our consciousness or awareness is rising to 5D or nonduality. “We all, with unveiled face, behold the glory (light) of Adonai, are changed into his likeness from one degree of light (glory) to another, for this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit” 2 Cor 3:17-18.
We have a treasure hidden in our clay or carbon-based physical bodies. Like the acorn seed, we again are to take root downward and bear fruit upward (Isaiah 37:31). Like a seed we need to take root or ground into the darkness of our inner being, and transform by the power of Spirit into the oak tree–our true inner nature–our divine nature. We cast off our seed-ness, or ego-body where our hidden potential is hidden to the physical eye. The ego is an illusion as nothing is in reality ever separated from Spirit. We are encased in temporary vessels, meant to expand, grow, change and transform into our true, immortal, eternal, divine nature, our oak-tree-ness–our tree of life within. Our tree of life body contains the 12 fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, harmony, wholeness, freedom, oneness, goodness, kindness, self-mastery, patience, and faith. The leaves of the tree of life are for healing: green leaves–sun-kissed, light-infused, photon-filled–green drink containing the sun-lightenment of Spirit (Living Water, Sun-Light, photon enriched, spiritual nourishment from the Central Sun filtered through the earth’s sun and into our human body). The unified field of God (UFOG) is the source of all nourishment.
“But Jesus said to them, ‘I have food to eat of which you do not know’” John 4:32
“From now on regard no one from a human point of view; even though Christ was once regarded as human (in the form of a male Yeshua)” 2 Cor 5:16. “We are the temple (the church) of the living God; as the Beloved said, ‘I will live, move and have my being in humans” 2 Cor 6:16. Our human body is the new temple of the Holy Spirit. Our body is the church. We are meant to be one with God and one with each other. “What agreement has the temple of God [human being who has died to attachment or identification with the ego and has transformed into a christ through theosis--resurrected by the Holy Spirit into our true divine nature like an oak tree] with idols [anything separated from the Spirit of God, including religions, churches, humans and the entire cosmos]” 2 Cor 6:16.
Therein lies the problem with false religion, or a church that is separate from Spirit: it becomes a man-made idol. The human body that has the indwelling, feminine, hidden, invisible wisdom and power of Spirit is the mystical body of Christ. When every human being remembers, recognizes, and allows the Spirit to incarnate, live, move, and have its being in every cell, the true church will be realized–the mystical body of Christ Spirit will be visible, ever-present, and a powerful transformative agent of change. Transcendent-only religion (old masculine way), without the indwelling immanence of Spirit (new/old feminine way) is dead, lifeless, dangerous, and leads to imbalance, conflict, misuse of power, and lack of transformation. It is holding the form of religion without the power, light and higher love.
The signs of a true apostle: signs, wonders, and miracles (2 Cor 12:12). If there is no inner transformation, healing, wholeness, deliverance from bondage, freedom or fruits of the Spirit present in a church or individuals within the church, the Spirit of God is not present. Idols are everything that is not connected with spirit; everything that is separated from higher nature. ” Crucify the ego and live by the power of God” 2 Cor 13:4. Our collective developmental stage is to change our focus of control from external to an internal locus of control. We need to change our focus from the head to the heart transformed by Spirit. The heart can be transformed by the greatest power that exists on earth: agape, higher Love. The greatest healing power is the transforming power of Love. Be free of identifying with the ego–attached to the lower nature, and start identifying as a spiritual body with a divine nature. “For freedom Christ has set us free” Galatians 5:1.
“There is one God above all, through all and in all” Ephesians 4:6. There is one Beloved, one Higher Self shared by all but expressed in different physical bodies. “Speaking the truth in love, we are to root and ground in love, grow up in every way [physical, mental, emotional, soul and spirit] into Adonai who is the head–Christ Spirit–from whom the whole body [all dark obstructed blocked or fragmented disowned parts reunited and filled with light] joined and knit together by every joint [spaces between bones] with which it is supplied [including the space between us where my bones come into contact with your bones], when each part is working properly, makes bodily growth and upbuilds itself in love” Ephesians 4:15-16.
When we are whole, as the verse above states, we are joined and knit together–woven together like a tapestry–with golden light threads of Christ Love, silver light threads of the Holy Spirit power and wisdom, opalescent light threads of the Father, Higher Self, Divine Will, pink light threads of the Mother, nurture, nourishment and comfort; and all your unique, individual thread colors of your personality to form a magnificent, beautiful, exquisite, whole, infinite, strong, timeless, immortal tapestry in the new heaven on earth: united, one, whole and free!
5D is the new beginning we are stepping into from the known 3D duality and separateness. 4D is the transition phase into the nondual state of theosis. The transition, transformation and transfiguration is accomplished in the heart center. As we become heart focused, we enter the crucible of transformation as the painful work of feeling unwanted feelings, bringing the Light of Spirit to the hidden darkness of frozen, undigested emotions, unwanted, disowned, repressed, suppressed, forgotten, buried feelings, and the rejected emotions of old wounds, unmet needs, hurts and emotional traumas. The empty or dark spaces (disconnected from the Light of Spirit), the joints where our old bones come together, can be given new flesh, new cells, new regeneration, new creation out of the unmanifest Light of God as it is described in Ezekiel 37:1-28. “O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord…behold, I will cause the breath of Spirit to enter you, and you shall live” 37:4-5. “I will make a covenant of peace…I will bless them and set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore. My dwelling place shall be with them…my sanctuary is in the midst of them” Ezekiel 37:26-28.
New transfigured flesh is regenerated on our old dry bones. New life, power, wisdom, and fruit is poured into our body with the breath and Living Water of the Spirit. New wine is poured into our new wineskin-bodies!!! When each of the community of our cells is intelligently guided by the power of the Spirit, we are whole, well, and guided to our highest good. When each part of our body is in synch, coherence, attunement, and alignment with Spirit, it “makes bodily growth and upbuilds itself in love”. Life becomes effortless and filled with grace and ease. When each human being is in synch, coherence, attunement, and alignment with Spirit and with each other as the mystical, one body of Christ, the world will be the church and we will all see, live, move and have our being in the new heaven on earth.
How do we begin? Ephesians 4 has many clues:
- No longer live in the futility of your mind, living in your head
- No longer live in the darkness of misunderstanding
- No longer live alienated or separated from Spirit and Higher Truth
- No longer live ignorant because of hardness of heart (closed heart center)
- No longer be callous, greedy and identified with ego
- Put off the old nature (the seed of your physical body)
- Put off your former manner of life
- Be renewed in the Spirit of your mind that is located in every cell, including the mind in your gut, the mind in your heart, the mind in your head, and in every atom and empty space within you filled with Holy Breath and agape Love.
- Put on the new nature created in the likeness of God in true right relationship (oneness, union, intimate connection, spiritual marriage) and wholeness (holiness)
- “Be imitators of God” (Ephesians 5:1); or Fake it until you make it; or Act “as if”
- Have Faith: evidence of the Unseen, substance of Hope
- Ask, do not doubt, believe you have already received the wholeness of your divine nature
- Expect a miracle
- Everything is possible with the Spirit of God
- The Promises of God are true; the indwelling of Spirit guarantees successful theosis with your willing participation “Work out your own healing and salvation with awe and trembling/quickening” Philippians 2:12
There is increase support on the planet right now. There is increased Light Love and Power to help us step into the unknown new beginning. It is time to leave the past behind and step into the new beginning. More clues for stepping into the new beginning are found in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 5:1-26:
- “Encourage one another and build one another up” 1 Thessalonians 5:11.
- “Be at peace and have patience,
- rejoice always [in all ways]
- pray constantly [practice presence or be constantly, consciously in connection and communion with the Spirit of God]
- give thanks in all circumstances
- Do not quench the Spirit [don't block, disallow, reject or resist the Spirit]
- do not despise prophesying [the word is not set in stone, but written on our hearts moment to moment; prophesy is not witchcraft, heretical or of the devil]
- test everything for yourself [use mindful discernment coming from the heart full of Spirit; use heart discernment instead of head discernment]
- hold fast to what is good, true and beautiful
- Allow the Beloved of Peace to sanctify you WHOLLY [holy--whole]; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept sound and blameless at the second coming of Christ Spirit into the new sanctuary of the heart in your body temple in the new heaven on earth.
- Our spirit is our sacred higher mind, our higher thoughts, and the higher, deeper ways we share with God
- Our soul is our secret heart and the higher emotions of love, joy and peace
- Our body is the sacred temple of the Holy Spirit, the sacred vessel that carries the higher Light of God
- Sacred males are the masculine form with the inner feminine Spirit of God [X Y chromosomes]
- Sacred females are the feminine form with the inner feminine Spirit of God [X X]
- The letter X is an infinity sign as well as the symbol for the expansive, infinite unlimited Spirit funneling down into physical matter into the heart and the immanent, indwelling of God; and the immanence of God extended to all the infinite manifest and unmanifest creation. The One becomes many, so the many may become One again! The letter X is also a symbol of the energy torus flow of uncreated Light in and out of manifest creation.

Brain-Heart Communication: How Your Heart Affects and Responds to Thoughts and Emotions

once maintained that emotions were purely mental expressions generated
by the brain alone. We now know this is not true. Emotions have as much
to do with the heart and body as they do with the brain. Of all your
body’s organs, it is the heart, a growing number of scientists theorize,
that plays perhaps the most important role in our emotional experience.
What we experience as an emotion is the result of the brain, heart, and

Emotions and the Heart
Many
studies have found that the risk of developing heart disease is
significantly increased for people who frequently experience stressful
emotions such as irritation, anger or frustration. These emotions create

vessels constrict, blood pressure rises and the immune system is
weakened. If we consistently experience these emotions, it can put a

Being Appreciative Has its Benefits
The feeling of genuine appreciation is one of the most concrete and easiest positive emotions for individuals to self-generate and sustain for long periods. Nearly all of us can find something to genuinely appreciate. By simply recalling a time when you felt sincere appreciation and then re-creating that feeling, you can increase your heart-rhythm coherence, reduce emotional stress and improve your health. (Coherence here refers to a balance or smoothness in heart rhythms.)Experts recommend that people who initially find it difficult to self-generate a feeling of appreciation in the present moment recall a memory that elicits warm feelings. With practice, most people can self-generate feelings of appreciation in real time and don’t need to recall something from the past. IHM Director of Research Dr. Rollin McCraty explains.
“It’s important to emphasize that it is not a mental image of a memory that creates a shift in our heart rhythms,” McCraty said, “but rather the emotions associated with the memory. Mental images alone usually do not produce the same significant results that we’ve observed when someone focuses on a positive feeling.”
Diet and exercise certainly will always be paramount in keeping the heart healthy. There is a growing, awareness, however, that maintaining a healthy emotional state can also play an important role in maintaining a healthy heart, especially for people recovering from heart-related illnesses. Studies show that HeartMath’s positive-emotion-focused techniques reduce stress and anxiety, both of which are safe and effective ways of lowering blood pressure and increasing functional capacity in patients who have suffered heart failure.
